  • Complete deliveries in a timely manner (for delivery agents).
  • Make payments for orders placed (for customers).
  • Respect other users and maintain professional conduct.
  • Not engage in fraudulent activities or misuse the platform.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be made at the time of order.
  • We accept payments through UPI transaction only.
  • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Delivery charges will apply based on distance.
  • You must be available to receive deliveries.
  • Delivery agents have the right to refuse unsafe delivery locations.
  • Products must be inspected upon delivery.

5. Vendor Terms

  • Fruits vegetables are not required to have license other vendors must have valid license.
  • Product listings must be accurate and complete.
  • Vendors are responsible for product quality.
  • Vendors must maintain adequate inventory.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled before vendor confirmation.
  • No refunds for perishable items after delivery.
  • Disputes must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the platform is owned by Bandilo or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content.
  • User-generated content remains the property of the user.
  • By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for product quality issues.
  • We are not liable for delivery delays beyond our control.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the order value.
  • We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
  • Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Privacy and Data

  • We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You consent to our use of cookies and tracking technologies.
  • We may share data with service providers.
  • You have rights regarding your personal data.
  • We implement security measures to protect your data.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes should first be reported through our support system.
  • We will attempt to mediate disputes between users.
  • Arbitration may be required for unresolved disputes.
  • Governing law is as per Indian jurisdiction.

11. Termination
