Registration
You can register by clicking on the "Sign Up" link in the mobile app. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your details and submit the registration information.
No registration charges on Bandilo.app, it is absolutely free.
Each mobile contact number and email address can only be associated with one Bandilo.app account.
Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your Bandilo.app account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.
Each mobile number and email addresses can be associated with one Bandilo.app account only.
Yes, we do understand the importance of time and the toil involved in shopping online. Up to three members in a family can have the same address provided the mobile number and email address associated with the accounts are unique.
Yes, you can have different address to place orders.
Account
My Account is the section you reach after you log in at Bandilo.app. My Account allows you to track your active orders, see your order history and update your contact details.
For the Bandilo delivery app used by customers, a password is generally not required for login. The standard login method is a two-step process using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) sent via SMS.
Shopping List is a comprehensive list of all the items previously ordered by you on Bandilo.app. This enables you to shop quickly and easily in future.

Orders
Browse products by category, select items you want to purchase, add them to your cart, review your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery address, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.
Your order can be edited up to 5 minutes before vendor starts to pack. You could contact customer support team via chat or call to do so. Once order is placed and vendor starts preparing your order, you may not edit its contents.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, if the order is not packed (Customer service number: 77320-80820). Please note that we will have a right to charge a cancellation fee up to full order value to compensate our vendor and delivery partners, if your order has been confirmed.
Go to "Orders" in the bottom navigation, select your order, and you'll see real-time tracking information including order status and estimated delivery time.
We have no minimum order value and you can order for any amount, with no extra charges or handling fee or small cart fee.
Payment
Pay for your order on Bandilo.app using UPI; Cash on Delivery payment option is currently not available our mobile app.
There is no VAT or GST, unless specified by the vendor or shop owner.
Yes it is absolutely safe to use your UPI payments are generally safe to use on Bandilo.app., as they employ security measures like two-factor authentication and encryption. However, user vigilance is crucial to prevent fraud. You can stay safe by never sharing your UPI PIN or OTP, downloading apps only from official play store and app stores, and being cautious of phishing scams.
Cash on delivery option is currently not available our mobile app.
We do not accept wallet pay or vouchers, only UPI payment is accepted.
Products
Yes, all our vendors are verified and must maintain quality standards. We specialize in fresh produce including vegetables, fruits, flowers, meat, chicken, fish, and dairy products.
Yes, products are available in various quantity options (by weight, piece, bunch, etc.). You can select your preferred quantity when adding items to your cart.
If a product is out of stock, you can enable notifications to be alerted when it's back in stock. You can also explore similar products from other vendors.
Delivery
You should receive your Bandilo order within 10-20 minutes. However, actual delivery times can vary due to factors like high demand, traffic, or other logistical issues. You can track the real-time status of your order within the Bandilo.app
Minimum of ₹20 for upto 3 km delivery fee is charged. Additionally, ₹10 per each km is charged. Delivery fee is specified on the 'Review Order' page and is paid separately at the time of delivery.
We shall be adding all vendors in and around entire Hyderabad and Secunderabad. If the product you will be ordering is not available near you, it will be reflected in delivery charges at the checkout.
Our platform delivery hours are 5:00 am to 11:00 pm vary for different locations and depends on availability of supply from vendor partners.

You can contact support through the "Feedback" option in your Profile, call our helpline number 77320-80820, or use the in-app chat support available 24/7.
Contact customer support immediately through the app. Take photos of the damaged product and share them. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Vendors
If you're a merchant selling fresh produce, you can apply to become a vendor through the app. Select "Vendor" during registration and complete the verification process. You can also reach us at Bandilo support team on 77320 80820.
